Use of baby oils, lotions or similar products can cause issues with glues across our diaper brands; including joints, seams, tape panels, tapes, and inks on our diapers with external prints. To maximize your enjoyment of the diapers we suggest you use these sparingly and avoid external application. Lil' Dipz and manufacturers do not cover damages resulting from oils/lotions, or the improper use of products.
Articles of clothing should be machine washed in cold water, and tumbled on low. Do not use bleach.

Shipping, Delivery, and Pickup
For those in Edmonton and nearby regions, once you input your address at checkout, you'll have three options: local delivery, shipping, and local pickup. Local delivery costs depend on both location and order amount. If you're not shipping to a flex delivery PO box, we suggest choosing local pickup or delivery for cost-efficiency and speed. Orders made from Monday to Friday are eligible for next-day service. For weekend orders: before 1 pm, it's same-day service; after 1 pm, it's the next day. We provide complimentary local pickup at a third-party venue in Beaumont. For details, contact us at 587-408-5508 or email customerservice@lildipz.com. Remember, local delivery and pickup timings are 6pm-9pm on weekdays, and 9am-9pm on weekends. If you're outside Edmonton but want local services, input an Edmonton-based address; a nearby business address could work.
For Canada-wide shipping you will be able to choose your preference of the available rates and time frames between Canada Post, FedEx, and UPS at checkout. Please be aware that only Canada Post offers shipping to a Flex Delivery PO Box. Orders are shipped out either on the day they are placed or the next business day.
