Washing Instructions:
Hand wash with regular dish soap. To extend the life of the print on the bottle we do not recommend machine washing. (Our tests have shown after 5 washes there was no visible fading after machine washing.)

Use of baby oils, lotions or similar products can cause issues with glues across our diaper brands; including joints, seams, tape panels, tapes, and inks on our diapers with external prints. To maximize your enjoyment of the diapers we suggest you use these sparingly and avoid external application. Lil' Dipz and manufacturers do not cover damages resulting from oils/lotions, or the improper use of products.
Articles of clothing should be machine washed in cold water, and tumbled on low. Do not use bleach.

For Edmonton and surrounding areas, two options will be available to you at checkout once you enter your address: local delivery, and shipping. Local delivery prices vary by location and order total. Unless you are wanting to ship to a flex delivery PO box, we recommend choosing local pickup or local delivery as it is less expensive and faster. Local deliveries are made either on the day of order, or the next business day. We also offer free local pickup at a third-party location in south Edmonton. For more information about this option please text/ call 587-408-5508 or email customerservice@lildipz.com. Use the code FREEEDMPICKUP for this option. Please note, local delivery and free pickup are only available from 6pm-10pm Monday through Friday, and 8am-10pm Saturday and Sunday.
For out of town customers wanting local delivery or free pickup you will need to enter an Edmonton address, we suggest you use the address of a nearby business.
For Canada-wide shipping you will be able to choose your preference of the available rates and time frames between Canada Post, FedEx, and UPS at checkout. Please be aware that only Canada Post offers shipping to a Flex Delivery PO Box. Orders are shipped out either on the day they are placed or the next business day.
